In my case , the device is plain (not rooted / hacked) and so it was easy but if yours is rooted you might need to do more than just factory reset. How To Fix Android Device Can’t Boot Like I said , you can fix this by doing a factory reset. How To Factory Reset On Android Hold your Power Button and Volume Down (-) together for 5secs. Doing so will bring out the following options Fastboot Recovery Factory Reset SIM Lock HBoot USB Image CRC Show Barcode Use your volume button to scroll to Factory Reset and use your power button to click on it.
